Transformation!

September 11th is a historical day of remembrance in our country and a time to relfect on how we can transform our thought energy to promote healing in our own lives and throughout the world. Every individual has their own view based on personal choice, their environment and their life experiences. We all have to find our own balance in the face of harsh realities and exposure to negativity, but a willingness to look at all possibilities for growth and change has the power to transform lives everywhere.

To me, butterflies are symbolic of the beauty of life and a free spirited approach that is just one way to acknowledge how many good things do exist. I found a quote that is worth repeating: "This is my choice. I put my attention where I want my life to be." (Barbara Leger) It makes sense to focus on what is working for me and continue towards the goals that bring happiness. I don't keep my "head in the sand" and pretend everything in the world is great. I make a specific choice to be grateful for what I have and then stay focused on seeing the good that is around me. From where I stand, life has many more possibilities to make a difference and help inspire others. I read about many people that inspire me, because they are living a positive life and proving that great things can be done.

Wishing much inspiration to all and a belief that your dreams can become your reality!!!

Believe in Something!!

"When you want to believe in something, you also have to believe in everything that's necessary for believing in it." Ugo Betti (1892-1953)

This quote is by an Italian dramatist & poet who was also a judge by profession. He was a major figure in Italian theater of the 20th century. He produced three volumes of poetry, three collections of short stories and 26 plays. Most of his work questions guilt, justice and redemption as central concerns.

I was taking a walk near my parents home in KY when I came upon the above petunia growing out of a crack in the road. How on earth did it find it's way there? Maybe a bird or the wind carried some seed and dropped it. I certainly don't think anyone plants petunias that way or even could if they tried. Such an interesting sight and it appeared to be a sign that just about anything is possible! It really made me stop and think. The quote by Ugo Betti also stuck in my mind and I wanted to share both of these things to see what comes to mind for anyone else.

Words of wisdom would probably say to believe in yourself and your goals even if you don't see results right away. You still have to believe and keep your focus as you keep working. Whatever you dream is and whatever you want to achieve is out there and it's possible, if you believe it can be true for you!!

Inviting your thoughts, comments or stories that might relate to this.
Keep cool this summer and keep on keepin' on!
Blessings, Kaye

ONE HAPPY DOG!!!!

Hey Everyone,

You gotta love this "one happy dog!" Sabian is the inspiration for the "More Blessed Than Stressed" coffee blend that seems to be a favorite with serious coffee drinkers out there! What can I say... "dogs rule." Anyway, if you or anyone you know enjoys a great cup of coffee...you might want to check out this 100% Organic, 100% Fair Trade custom blend that is roasted locally in Nashville, TN at Bongo Java for us. You can only get it at: www.moreblessedthanstressed.net which is our online shop! We also have a unique, custom decaf blend called, "Don't Bite Me". I drink both blends and really love the taste. Look at this happy face and just know that is how
you will feel when you are sitting back and relaxing with a cup of "One Happy Dog" coffee!!!!
Enjoy it my friends...Blessings, Kaye
